Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your order accurately, in excellent condition, and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. For Finished Artworks handcrafted by our team, please allow an additional 1–2 business days after you approve the artwork preview.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your package within 15 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@stringuart.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
